Delivery Policy

Within Colombo:

Express Shipping:

Online Exchanges

You have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your online purchase. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative product, subject to stock availability.
  • No cash refunds are extended to customers for any item exchanges.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • You cannot submit more than one exchange request at a time for the same order.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Items with markings, stains, strong odors (such as smoke, cologne, detergent), or other damages will not be accepted.

Exchange Processing Time:

  • All exchanges will take up to 14 days to accommodate the courier return time, inspection time, product processing, and courier delivery time. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Step 2: Send Us the Item
  • Once your request is acknowledged and approved by our Customer Care Team, we will place an exchange order on your behalf and note the items to be sent in exchange.
  • Send the item to our address. The purchased item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the Sage & Olive warehouse for inspection. Ensure items are packed and sealed properly to avoid damage or tampering.
  • We will review the exchange item for quality and hygiene and notify you if your exchange has been approved.

Step 3: Receive Your Exchange
  • Once approved, our courier will deliver the new item right to your doorstep for your convenience.
